Looking For More Bloggers

While on vacation, and at the mercy of a slowwwww dial-up connection, I was thinking about how to better handle my blog. I love the name I have. Bloggaville works for anything but I see it better as a blogging community than I do as one persons blog. With that being said, I am looking for some other experienced bloggers that would like to build a blogging community, network, etc.
I love to blog but I am also an IT Manager, a real estate salesperson and a father so my time is limited. I would rather work with others that enjoy blogging and turn Bloggaville into something bigger.
